Participant Requirements

You must be a faculty member working full-time or part-time at a college or university.

You are committed to fully engaging in your own self-work to address your future professional goals and explore your professional purpose and intentions with your teaching, scholarship, and/or service through this coaching program.

You must be willing to also have fun and be bold! We are going to do great work together this fall.

Learn More About Our Program

  • You’ll be coached by Dr. Dan Tillapaugh, associate professor and chair of counselor education at California Lutheran University and leadership/heartwork coach with Coeurwork Coaching. We’ll start with a 90-minute discovery session in September and then you’ll have a 50-minute coaching session in October, November, and December.

  • You’ll join Dan and a select group (no more than 5 individuals) of your larger cohort members for 6 60-minute biweekly Zoom calls, done synchronously, between October and December. You will agree to participate and attend at least 4 of these sessions. You will be asked to provide your preferences for small pod assignment meeting times when you register for the program, and we will assign you based upon those preferences as closely as possible.

  • You and the rest of the program participants will attend two large cohort sessions hosted on Zoom on Saturday morning from 9-10:30 a.m. Pacific/12-1:30 p.m. Eastern. These sessions will be held on September 10 and December 3.
